of posting, but no worries I'm back in the saddle. To prove that, here's what I had on Sunday and then on Monday. That's the great thing about taking pics of your food. It's easy to get lazy about posting in a blog, but if you at least capture what you're eating with your phone its kinda interesting to go back and see how you were eating. Hey, I'm not complaining as ever since I started test driving my idea for a "Smart Phone Diet" I've dropped 32.5 lbs!
SUNDAY
MONDAY
I had a coffee on my way to the gym...
TODAY
I'm going to Ballys this evening for cardio so I after my morning coffee I made an omelet of Hillshire Farms turkey kielbasi and 2 Eggland's Best Eggs along with 2 slices of Freihofer's Country Double Wheat bread. and a few sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter.
So if you've been following this blog you might be wondering what's with identifying the brands. Well I think as much as its becoming interesting to take a more conscious note of all I'm eating each day, I'm curious to start seeing a pattern to the types of brands I'm choosing now, and the ones I'll discover along my new "weigh." I've also found that as I've starting going to each of these brands sites most of them have lots of great tips and recipes that could be fun to try. The whole point of the Smart Phone Diet is to start becoming much more aware and connected to all of the touch points that I come in contact with throughout the day, much of which up until this point has been very unconscious.
For lunch Kim made a fresh batch of tuna salad. Bumble Bee white albacore tuna with celery, onion and Hellmann's may w/olive oil. I like Cento diced hot cherry pepper spread on my sandwich which today's bread was Pepperidge Farm's 7 grain deli flats.
We were crankin alot on Shurn Group work late in to evening so by the time we stopped we weren't in any mood to cook plus we needed to review a new menu design proof with Dan @ Arturo's. So while we were there it was so easy and so tasty just to order his amazing uber thin crust, brick oven margherita pizza. I'm only showing one slice but I had four. I know that sounds like a lot but his pie is so thin and the mozzarella is so lite and fresh that four slices at Arturo's is like two slices anywhere else, and it almost might be like having one. Every bite is a pleasure.
Last but not least I did have a cookies & cream Skinny Cow.
