I was sweating this weigh in a little because to be honest I really slacked off last week taking pics of what I was eating and keeping good updates. But the gym is helping, I'm drinking a lot more water and overall ever since I started "The Smart Phone Diet" I've been much more conscious overall with all I'm eating and when. I think that's a great halo affect that I believe people will find once they start and stick with the "The Smart Phone Diet."
And my 1 lb weight loss [actually 1.2lbs] keeps my record perfect with my stickk account.
For breakfast it was another round of Egglands Best Eggs with sauteed peppers, onions and a little chorizo.
For lunch I had turkey and swiss cheese on Ezekiel bread with a little light mayo, some UTZ baked corn chips and Dessert Pepper Trading Co. salsa.
You try juice fasting for your weight loss. Don't you know that juice make you eat more? That is why, by having diet without juice. there are chance that you'll lose more weight compare when you have juices with your diet.
